A Clinic for Sleep, Mental Health and Life Changes
Circa Sleep supports people who feel caught in patterns of poor sleep, worry, exhaustion or overwhelm. While the clinic has a strong focus on insomnia and sleep psychology, care also extends to the broader concerns that can affect rest, including anxiety, burnout, low mood, women’s health, parenting, health conditions and major life transitions.

Why Sleep Psychology?
Amelia’s focus on sleep comes from both clinical interest and a clear need for specialised care. Insomnia and related sleep difficulties can be deeply distressing, yet people often spend a long time trying generic advice before accessing treatment that properly addresses what is keeping the problem going. Circa Sleep was created to offer more specialised, evidence-based psychological support for people who want to understand their sleep and move forward with clearer guidance.
